Everyone must include all of their financials in FACTS this year.
*$500 reduction in tuition for first additional child, $750 for the second child, $1,000 for 3rd child, etc. Reductions for additional children and the family cap only apply to K-12 students.

These amounts are provided for your convenience and to help you plan for your student’s lunch charges if they eat school lunch each day.
- Parents/Guardians will also be required to sell (3) three Schlarman Academy Raffle Tickets for 1 child attending or (5) five tickets for two or more children attending. The unsold balance will be added to the required tuition for the school year.
- Parents are also required to provide 20 hours of fair-share volunteering at school events. Hours not fulfilled will be added to the current year’s tuition. If no hours are completed, $400 will be added to the current year’s tuition.
Payments
Tuition Discounts
Tuition payments made in full by August 1 will receive a 4% discount. Tuition payments made by September 1 will receive a 1% discount.
*If other discounts or assistance is deducted from tuition, then the tuition is not eligible for the reduction.
All parish support tuition rates are determined by the pastor and assume good standing at the parish level. *Students in good standing at the high school level will also qualify for a Carlon Farm Scholarship. *Please contact your pastor to determine your eligibility.*
Staff discounts will be $1,500 or 1/2 of remaining tuition for first child, whichever is less; $1,000 or 1/2 of remaining tuition for the second child, whichever is less; and $500 for all remaining children of the staff member’s family.
