Sunday kicks off Catholic Schools Week! This year, we are holding an Academy-wide bedding drive to help our local hub of Sleep in Heavenly Peace. Donations are welcome at either campus during operating hours.

Congratulations to Schlarman Academy senior Miles Crosby for being awarded the $6,000 MLK Committee Scholarship to further his education! Miles received this scholarship and read his winning essay at the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Community Celebration Service held at St. James United Methodist Church. We are incredibly proud of you, Miles!
Additionally, we would like to congratulate DHS senior Timothy Long for receiving the $1,500 MLK Committee Scholarship.

An ideal candidate will have good parental communication skills, be highly organized, knowledgeable in elementary education, have a bachelor’s degree, and IL teacher certification. Retired teachers may also apply.
