NCYC Recap! We were thrilled to send students to the National Catholic Youth Conference in Indianapolis this year. They experienced a virtual encounter with Pope Leo XIV, Eucharistic Adoration and Mass with 16,000 other teens, and a celebration for the Diocese of Peoria's 150th Birthday. What an amazing experience of faith!

We invite you to the Shebby Gym tonight for the start of an exciting 8th Grade Boys Basketball Tournament! Admission fees are $6 for adults, $3 for students and seniors 65+. Schlarman students are admitted free of charge. Games start at 5:15 p.m. with Schlarman playing at 7:45 p.m. Go Toppers!

Yesterday, in Mrs. Spicer's American Literature, we reviewed information from our upcoming test doing a "speed dating" game. The student's had 16 open ended questions to review the topics and aspects of The Great Gatsby to rotate around as the students moved to discuss the different topics with different classmates. This allowed for many engaging conversations and collaboration.
