Schlarman Academy is seeking a dedicated Director of Advancement to lead our philanthropic initiatives and donor relationships. In this vital role, you will manage annual giving, cultivate major gifts, build our alumni network, and oversee grant writing and fundraising events to support our mission and tuition assistance programs. We view advancement as a relational ministry, requiring a strategic leader who can invite donors, alumni, and the broader community into the work of Christian education as true partners. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, possesses proven fundraising and storytelling skills, and can serve as a visible role model of our Catholic faith and values.

Dean of Students:
Schlarman Academy is seeking a Dean of Students to serve as the primary, highly visible leader for grades 7–12 at our North Campus. This pivotal role centers on three interconnected areas: providing comprehensive academic and personal guidance counseling, overseeing student conduct through a lens of Christian formation, and deeply integrating Catholic mission into daily student life. Working closely with families, the chaplain, and administration, the Dean will cultivate a vibrant campus culture rooted in Gospel values. Ideal candidates must be practicing Catholics in good standing who possess a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and prior experience in secondary student life, school counseling, or campus ministry.

Camp Invention Coming to Schlarman!!
Current K-6 students from Schlarman Academy and the Danville D118 schools have the opportunity to attend the 2026 Camp Invention program - SPARK - a hands-on project-based learning camp. The Danville area has been given funding for 110 scholarships for students from these schools. Camp Invention will be free for those selected. The camp is free, and families are only required to provide transportation and lunch for their campers.
