Gold Project Registration
Before beginning a  Gold Project, students must pre-register their projects.  This can be done online here. 

Gold Project Supervisor Verification
At the conclusion of every Gold Category Project, the supervisor evaluates student's performance and certifies the number of hours of service.  This can be done online here.

Gold Project Student Reflection/Evaluation
Every Gold Project requires the self-assessment of the student.  This is the key component of Faith Alive.  Students are asked to reflect on their experience.  Parents are strongly encouraged to participate in the evaluation phase and discuss the experience with their son or daughter.  The evaluation can be completed online here.

Spontaneous Projects
Spontaneous Project Essay's can be submitted here.  Consideration for credit will be given at the next meeting of the Faith Alive Committee.

This page is for student use only and requires both a User ID and Password.  Students may review the status of their Faith Alive graduation requirement here.  No changes may be made.   Your Login ID is your year of graduation and the last four digits of your social security number with no dashes.  Your password is your date of birth in the format mmddyy (for example 010984 if you were born on January 9, 1984 or 110388 if you were born on November 3, 1988).  If you have difficulty logging in, please let the Faith Alive office know.
